St. Croix County Abstract & Title Company, Inc. was established by president, Robert L. Loberg, an attorney with over 30 years experience. Mr. Loberg is an 1976 Honors Graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Law. He has had affiliation with various associations over the years including: American Collector's Association, American Law Quarterly, Commercial Bar, National List, American Trial Lawyers and others. He serves as an instructor for the Wisconsin Land Title Association training classes. Mr. Loberg has served as an expert witness in real estate matters and as legal counsel for many litigants, including title insurance underwriters. 

St. Croix County Abstract & Title Company, Inc. is an agent of First American Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guarantee Company. St. Croix County Abstract & Title Company, Inc. is a member of the Wisconsin Land Title.



 
St. Croix County Title was incorporated as a sister company of Pierce County Abstarct anf Title Company, Inc., of Ellsworth, Wisconsin and has since grown in Richmond to a current staff of 6 employees, 5 of whom are from the New Richmond area and 1 from Amery. President Mr. Loberg is an Honors graduate of the University of Minnesota School f Law. He taught legal writing while in Law school. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and has had affiliation with various collection groups over the years including: Americcan Collector's Association, American Law Quarterly, Commercial Bar, National List and others.
